Children transfer to secondary school at the end of Year Six, in the September after their 11th birthday.
Chipping Norton School is the secondary school for our local partnership and we have very well established links with the school through the Chipping Norton Partnership of Schools. Chipping Norton School makes strenuous efforts to ensure that children are familiar with the new school and comfortable about moving up long before they transfer. Children visit the school for two Transition Days in the Summer Term before they start.
